Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Presale items will ship once they arrive and are ready for fulfillment. If your order contains both in-stock and presale items, everything may ship together once the full order is ready.

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.95. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on the way.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Exchanges are subject to available inventory, so we can’t guarantee another size will still be in stock.

Email sales@lowridersclub.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
